All IPDPL locations that are open on Thursday, May 8, 2025, will close at 5:30 PM for a staff in-service training event.  Branches will reopen according to their regular schedules on Friday, May 9, 2025.

Hoopla Service Update

Beginning May 1, hoopla checkouts will be limited to 3 per month for IPDPL cardholders.  This small change helps ensure we can continue offering hoopla to our community.  You’ll still have access to the full catalog, plus a wide range of other digital resources, free with your library card.  For complete details, please visit the Library News page.

Medicare 101

Purpose of Meeting

Medicare 101 will teach those going onto Medicare how to transition from employee to retiree, enroll in Medicare and if you should, the different parts of Medicare, and how you pay for health care once you go onto Medicare.  Hopefully, once you leave the class you are better informed and have a sense of direction going into this new journey of healthcare.
