All IPDPL branches will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in honor of Veterans Day.  Branches will reopen on Wednesday according to their regular schedules.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Due to the unexpected closure of Baker & Taylor, the Boundless platform and app are being discontinued.  The eRead Illinois collection of e-books and e-audiobooks will transition to a new platform offering the same great titles plus new enhancements.  For complete details, please visit our Library News page.

Join us for a not-so-scary spooktacular story time! It will be a magical evening where imaginations soar and cackling laughter fills the air! Costumes are encouraged for this all-ages story time.
