Our annual Summer Reading Program has officially begun!  IPDPL offers three different summer reading challenges so readers can choose the challenge that best suits them:

  • Read to Me: for beginning and emerging readers (reading goal = 50 books)
  • Casual Readers: for busy readers without a lot of time (reading goal = 25 hours)
  • Avid Readers: for passionate readers who are all in (reading goal = 50 hours)

Join us at the library for a cozy, crafty afternoon where you’ll transform simple wooden mitten shapes into festive masterpieces. This event is a great way to express your holiday spirit and create a unique ornament to hang on your tree or give as a special gift. Registration is preferred to guarantee your wintery mitten!

IPDPL programming is not designed to be "drop and go" for children.  Please have a parent, guardian, or another responsible caregiver present if your child is attending this program.  Thank you!

 

Registration is requested for this program.

Registering guarantees your space, should capacity become an issue.  It also allows us to adequately prepare materials for all attendees.  Finally, it gives our staff the ability to contact you in the event of any last-minute schedule changes.
