Special Weather Statement for January 23, 2026

Due to the predicted extreme weather conditions, all library programs scheduled for Friday, January 23, 2026, have been canceled or rescheduled.  Library branches will remain open according to their regular schedules and are available as warming centers for anyone who needs a safe, warm place during the day.

Staff In-Service Meeting

Description

IPDPL Staff will be attending a District in-service meeting on October 2nd.  Branches will be closed as follows:

  • Benson - Closed Wednesday, will reopen at 3:00 pm on Friday
  • Germantown Hills - Closing at 3:30 pm, will reopen at 10:00 am on Thursday
  • Metamora - Closing at 3:30 pm, will reopen at 9:00 am on Thursday
  • Roanoke - Closed (schedule not affected)
  • Spring Bay - Closed (schedule not affected)
  • Washburn - Open 10:00 am - 2:00 pm (schedule not affected)
