Lavender & Honey Creek Farm

The Germantown Hills Garden Club welcomes Jennifer and Steven Manzke for a special June presentation!
The Manzkes operate a family-owned farm northwest of Peoria, where they maintain a thriving honeybee apiary and grow hundreds of lavender plants each year.

During the program, they’ll share insights on the importance of pollinators, the challenges facing today’s bee populations, and how they’ve transformed their property into a successful cottage industry.  The Manzkes sell their lavender and honey products, both online and at local vendor fairs and farmers markets.  They'll also bring a selection of their products and plants.
