Veterans Day Closure

All IPDPL branches will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in honor of Veterans Day.  Branches will reopen on Wednesday according to their regular schedules.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Boundless App Update

Due to the unexpected closure of Baker & Taylor, the Boundless platform and app are being discontinued.  The eRead Illinois collection of e-books and e-audiobooks will transition to a new platform offering the same great titles plus new enhancements.  For complete details, please visit our Library News page.

Hot Chocolate, Anyone?

Join us for a cozy, hot chocolate-themed Story Time!  Enjoy songs, bubbles, stories, and a craft about our favorite winter drink.  We will also enjoy a comforting cup of cocoa at the end of Story Time.  Pajamas are encouraged!

Everyone is welcome, but activities will be geared toward children 2-7 years old. 

 

Space is limited and registration is required.  When registering your child, please include the names of the parents, guardians, or caregivers who will be accompanying them for this event.
