Level Up at Your Library is Here!

Our annual Summer Reading Program has officially begun!  IPDPL offers three different summer reading challenges so readers can choose the challenge that best suits them:

  • Read to Me: for beginning and emerging readers (reading goal = 50 books)
  • Casual Readers: for busy readers without a lot of time (reading goal = 25 hours)
  • Avid Readers: for passionate readers who are all in (reading goal = 50 hours)

Head to Beanstack online or the Beanstack Tracker app on your device to join the program and choose your challenge!

Propose a Program

If you have an idea for a program you would like to see, or if you are a speaker with a program you would like to present, we would love to hear from you!

Program ideas or proposals must meet the library’s programming guidelines in order to be considered. Please review the following information and complete the form on this page.

Programs at IPDPL should:

  • be free and open to the public
  • support the Library’s mission and values
  • be educational, informational, or for entertainment purposes only
  • comply with the Library’s Meeting Room Policy (link to policy) for the use of library spaces

Programs are scheduled 3 - 6 months in advance. Due to the number of program proposals we receive, we can only respond to proposals that meet the Library’s current or future programming guidelines, needs, schedule, and budget. Submissions are kept on file for future reference. Any materials dropped off are considered a donation.
