Starting June 5, 2025, Illinois Prairie is launching SWAG – Seniors With Attitude Group at the Metamora branch. This weekly, three-hour open house is designed just for seniors and older adults to relax, connect, and enjoy a variety of activities at their own pace.
Try your hand at the community jigsaw puzzle, spend some quiet time coloring, or head to the meeting room for Eli’s coffee and a light treat. Curious about brain-boosting tech? No registration is required, and all activities are self-directed. Come for ten minutes, stay for an hour, or hang out all morning — it’s up to you!
