Starting June 5, 2025, Illinois Prairie is launching SWAG – Seniors With Attitude Group at the Metamora branch.

Starting May 1, IPDPL cardholders using hoopla will see some service changes.  Due to a combination of factors, the library is reducing the number of hoopla checkouts to three (3) items per library card per month

Illinois Prairie is launching a new adult book club on May 1st.  The Silent Book Club will meet on the first Thursday of each month from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Eli's Coffee Shop in Metamora.
