Wits Workout

🧠 Ready to give your brain a workout?  Join us for brain games to exercise your mind and maintain or improve cognitive function and memory, and conversations on some key aspects of brain health - intellectual challenges, social connections, sleep, diet, physical exercise, stress, and more.  Have fun on your journey to a healthier brain today! 🎉

Child's Play

Can you remember what it felt like to be a child, playing games outdoors with friends, or celebrating family milestones?  Some memories come easily, while others need a little prompting to resurface.

In this session, we’ll explore how long-term memory works and how different triggers—voluntary and involuntary—can bring forgotten details back to mind. We’ll also keep our brains active with some childhood-themed games.

Join us for a fun and stimulating trip down memory lane!
