All IPDPL branches will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in honor of Veterans Day.  Branches will reopen on Wednesday according to their regular schedules.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Boundless App Update

Due to the unexpected closure of Baker & Taylor, the Boundless platform and app are being discontinued.  The eRead Illinois collection of e-books and e-audiobooks will transition to a new platform offering the same great titles plus new enhancements.  For complete details, please visit our Library News page.

Bookies

The Spring Bay Bookies is an adult book club that focuses on literary and women's fiction.  Readers who share a love of books and laughter are always welcome, but be warned - discussions are sure to get off the beaten path from time to time!  

The Bookies meet on the first Monday* of the month at 6:00 pm at IPDPL - Spring Bay.

*Regularly scheduled meetings that fall on holidays when the library is closed are routinely rescheduled to the following Monday.

 

Party Time!

Our book for December is . . . . NOTHING!  We're not reading!  

Instead, Spring Bay Bookies will gather off-site for drinks🍹, dinner🍽️, and dessert🍨 (or any combination of those!) and celebrate the season! 🎄 Please RSVP with Lindsey or Nel to get location information.
