Looking for a low-key way to connect with fellow readers while getting your steps in? Join us for Silent Book Club: Nature Edition! There’s no assigned reading. Bring the book you are reading or the audiobook you are listening to, and walk alone, in pairs, or small groups, or sit and enjoy the peace of nature while you read. Silent Book Club is about community. Everyone is welcome, and anyone is invited to join. Agenda for Meetings 1:00 - 1:30 pm - Gather in the front parking lot on Coal Bank Road. Say, "Hello." Share the audiobook you are reading. 1:30 - 2:30 pm - Silent reading and walking hour. Enjoy the trails at your own pace. 2:30 - 3:00 pm - Return to the parking lot to wrap up. Silent Book Club meets on the third Thursday of the month at Black Partridge Park in Metamora (weather permitting).

The Papercrafter's Workshop
The Papercrafter's Workshop is a place to gather for anyone interested in papercrafting of any kind! Whether you are a scrapbooker, a cardmaker, or someone who makes 3D objects out of paper and cardstock, you will be in good company with us! This workshop is open to paper crafters of any experience level, from beginners just starting to seasoned makers with years of experience!
Various papercrafting tools will be available for use for free, including trimmers, punches, and more. Bring your photos, memorabilia, embellishments, and supplies, and work at your own pace. Debbie Davis-Peshong will be on hand to guide anyone who would like help!
